This was an extensive and expensive installation to complete, so I could not simply pull out the unit and return to Costco. It wasn't till the system was completely installed that it became apparent there is NO Audio capability. Purchased Night Owl 4 camera system from Costco.

Called customer support again and the person I chated with was the most helpful customer service person I have ever delt with. Had problems getting it hooked on my phone. So I could watch my old dog when he's in the yard. So today I thought I'd hook it up to my mobile phone. I have had it running for over a year 24/7 and have had no problems with it at all. After chating with support I couldn't believe the picture. It took a bit of drilling and running the cable about 3 hours for 4 camera's only because o ran it through the attic.

And ordered a night owl 8.0 4k HYBRID wired unit. I saw night owl and the cost was in my price range. I had a out her security system but it failed when something went on in front of my home.
